New Below Deck Patio And Fire Pit Bump Out

This homeowner understands the value of outdoor entertainment areas. With an upper side yard and second-story deck, they have great space. Unfortunately, the small concrete patio out the back door left much to be desired. That is why they decided on a new below deck patio, and fire put bump out. Project Details of Patio & Fire Pit

The customer had an existing concrete patio that was approximately 300 sq. ft. This had to be carefully demoed as it was underneath their screened-in second-story deck. There was also a concrete walkway we removed (approx. 39 sq. ft.) and hauled away.

From there, we designed and built a 975 sq. ft. paver patio. This included a main patio area underneath the second-story screened-in deck, the wood-burning fire pit bump out, and a walkway. The design incorporated a sitting bench wall with electrical for nine lights and two columns. Nicolock Pavers, SouthBay Blend, Stone Ridge Contemporary, Three Piece Set, in a smooth finish with Raven traditional style border were the pavers used.
