Townhouse Paver Patio & Bump Out

Large or small, projects are handled the exact same way from start to finish. And just because the townhouse paver patio has a smaller space doesn’t mean just as much detail isn’t required. Actually, when it is all said and done, the smaller square footage doesn’t equal less work. And you can learn just how much work went into this project on our blog post. We do more detailed write-ups on the materials used and project scope. However, this page is all about showing off the before and after pictures.

We apologize that the before picture is dark, but at least we got one. (Sometimes we forget to take them!) But we do think it’s clear enough to tell there was no existing hardscape in the backyard. Aside from the upstairs deck, the yard was just a sloped grassy area. We are all for grass and landscaping. It’s only that we find hardscaping really helps define the space better. A low-maintenance paver patio with a seating area bump out was what we decided on for this space. The results were great. We love the versatility of the space.
