Deck and Large Patio With Fire Pit
Usually, we list out materials for our recent projects, the homeowner’s wishes, and how it went. But, for this one, we will let the pictures and the customer do the talking. While we are always happy with satisfied customers, it’s great to get testimonials of our hard work. For this deck and large patio, we worked with the Callows. They had a vision, and we had the skills to make it happen. Here are some of the after photos:

The Project
“My husband and I came across 7th State Builders online. Eddie came out to our home for our initial consultation. He was punctual and professional. Eddie listened to our vision and took the time to draw out a plan and explain the process. He was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions.
We decided to do a big project at our home. For the back: a rebuild and waterproofing of our previous deck and a large patio to go underneath it with a fire pit and sitting wall. The front of our house needed some repairs, so we had them redo our sidewalk in the same patio pavers from the back. The whole area in front of our garage was cut out, and they put in new concrete and leveled it out. They rerouted our gutters to prevent flooding as the previous design was doing damage to our foundation.”
The Process
“The owner, Chase, was very hands-on and kept us updated the whole time. He frequently made sure we were happy with the way things were going. The whole team made this project an enjoyable experience. I’ll admit, my husband and I can sometimes be difficult people to please, but wow!! They really knocked it out of the park for us!
